Sales Tax Forms

We are required to collect sales tax in New York. There is a Sales Tax Exemption available for broadcasters and netcasters in New York State depending on the services and material provided. In every case, a properly completed form is required. Consult your Tax Adviser to review these forms and how you are impacted.

For regular services and equipment purchases, use ST121. This is a blanket form that, when properly completed, will enable us to refrain from charging sales tax.

For Capital Improvements, use ST124. This is project specific, and can include other items that may not be covered by the ST121 above.
