We are required to collect sales tax in New York. There is a Sales Tax Exemption available for broadcasters and netcasters in New York State depending on the services and material provided. In every case, a properly completed form is required. Consult your Tax Adviser to review these forms and how you are impacted.For regular services and equipment purchases, use ST121. This is a blanket form that, when properly completed, will enable us to refrain from charging sales tax.For Capital Improvements, use ST124.
